Headspace

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation. We help young people who are going through a tough time. Looking for someone to talk to? If you’re 12-25, you can get health advice, support and information from headspace. With more than 70 centres around Australia, headspace can help you with:

  • General health
  • Mental health and counseling
  • Education, employment and other services
  • Alcohol and other drug services.

The Rogue & Rouge

The Rogue & Rouge Foundation is an Australian charitable organization that uses a community-based approach to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues. The charity brings young people together with other community members and promotes active discussion to help tackle mental health issues. You’ll find links to support resources, events, workshops, presentations and several programs for use in schools.
